Business Finance Manager

Role: Business Finance

Designation: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation of MIS Reports: Compile and analyze financial data to prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for various stakeholders.
• Profit and Loss (PnL) Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of PnL statements to provide insights into the financial performance of the organization.
• Coordination with Business Teams: Liaise with different business units to gather relevant data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Circulation of MIS: Distribute MIS reports to the management team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Create and deliver ad hoc reports as requested by the finance team and management to support decision-making processes.
• System Development and Automation: Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and processes aimed at automating financial reporting and analysis.
• Work cross functionally with various stakeholders
• Financial Reporting: Assist in other financial reporting requirements

Work Experience:

- Up to 2yrs of relevant experience in finance from the retail / D2C industry.

- Hands on experience in variance analysis & KPI Tracking  Monitor, analyze & optimize performance metrics.
- Someone working with a Big 4 consulting firm on Due Diligence is also preferred.

Any Education Preference:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in finance from tier 2 colleges.

Must have Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
