Team Lead - Warehouse Operations (Pharma Background)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day

operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products.

• Ensure compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and any other relevant regulations

pertaining to the wholesale distribution of pharmaceuticals.

• Manage stock inventory, including regular stock checks, proper handling, and storage of

pharmaceutical products.

• Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and

delivery.

• Maintain records of all inventory transactions and ensure accurate reporting.

• Ensure warehouse safety standards are upheld, conducting regular inspections and

overseeing safety protocols.

• Provide training and support to warehouse staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable in

compliance procedures and operational efficiency.

• Act as the Competent Person for the wholesale license requirements, ensuring all legal

and regulatory documentation is maintained accurately.

• Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in stock, shipping, or

documentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
