Job Description

  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, inspiring them to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish key partnerships, and foster relationships with potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve company revenue objectives.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Solutions: Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to design customized AV solutions that meet clients specific needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist the sales team in delivering compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our AV products and services.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Support the sales team in complex negotiations, contract reviews, and closing high-value deals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the audio-visual, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of audio-visual products, systems, and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
