Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements
- Design and develop customized IT solutions that meet the specific needs of each client
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to our development and engineering teams
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our solutions
- Act as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
- Strong technical expertise in a variety of IT areas, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Solid understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Experience leading and mentoring development and engineering teams
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
