Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation, Jira, ETL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements management tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design for a small project or a component of a large project or workstream component
- Be involved with the planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, communicating and validating requirements for changes to structures, business operations and processes, product and service offerings, policies and information systems
- Use conceptual knowledge to form recommendations
- Facilitating workshops with colleagues to help define scope and design
- Have ownership of requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce high quality documentation that can be shared and understood easily
- Simplify complex business operating model and help in identifying improvement opportunities
- Ensuring due diligence relating to products compliance status
- Supporting the definition of sprint goals
- Define story acceptance criteria/write/perform acceptance test
- Escalation of issues that cause deviation from roadmap
