- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10-14 years of development and management experience in the gaming and casino domain.
- Extensive experience in casino gaming, including slots, table games, crash games, RGS (Remote Game Server), and game development.
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in resource optimization strategies and cost management.
- Strong experience with tools and technologies relevant to gaming and enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong mentoring skills, with the ability to develop technical talent within teams.
- Effective delegation, timely feedback, and performance management capabilities.
- Exceptional client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in resolving escalations and addressing client feedback proactively.
- Ability to deliver detailed and actionable meeting summaries and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
