UIPath Lead

Deploy, configure, and maintain UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and other associated services in various environments (e.g., Development, Testing, Production).

Continuously monitor the health of UiPath environments, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize system performance and stability.

Manage user roles, access permissions, and ensure secure access to UiPath components in line with best practices and organizational policies.

Perform regular maintenance, backup, and recovery tasks for all UiPath environments, including orchestrator and robot environments.

Plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, and updates for UiPath software while minimizing downtime.

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and support records, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Work closely with RPA developers, support, and IT teams to facilitate smooth deployment of automation solutions.

Provide technical support for deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents to maintain stable operations.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and optimize workflows for automation.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes, workflows, and support activities.
