Actuarial Tech Solution Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

Be part of the technology delivery team, contribute to the implementation of solutions within the set timelines,

and transition to the Run team after the solutions go live.

Lead the implementation of the modelling platform, focusing on process automation and performance

optimization.

Work closely with vendors and IT teams to understand technical requirements and effectively communicate

with the tech delivery team.

Contribute to project planning and tracking of progress to report key risks or issue that may arise.

Qualifications

Experience Level: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in IT development.

Education Level: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent level

Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, communication, and problem-solving ability

Specific Skills: Expertise in actuarial and data solutions design and implementation

Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT-Business analyst, actuarial or data solutions design or related (e.g.

CAP, ECBA, CBAP) domains.

Mandatory skills

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Familiar with Actuarial Modelling tools such as FIS Prophet or similar tools

Familiarity with storage systems, file systems, and data transfer protocols.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred skills

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD practices, data engineering and data integration application in the market,

including Databricks.

Technical skills in installation and configuration of Actuarial modelling tools like Prophet

Relevant programming language skills (eg. SQL, Python, DAX, PowerShell, Terraform
