Channel Sales Business Development - RSM/ASM

Role & responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

• Create robust distribution strategies to drive penetration into emerging markets for PURE EV's products. Collaborate with local retail finance companies to secure favorable partnerships for dealers.
• Manage cash flow and resolve operational issues with existing dealers.
• Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams (marketing, production, and after-sales) to ensure seamless business operations.
• Collaborate with local retail finance firms to establish favorable financial packages for dealers and customers.
• Explore and evaluate potential business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas.
• Provide ongoing training to channel partners on product specifications, sales techniques, and technical details.
• Ensure all partners are equipped to deliver superior customer service and achieve sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent degree in sales, marketing, or business development is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel as required for dealer visits and market expansion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Hindi and proficiency in regional languages will be advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for renewable energy and electric vehicles.

Minimum Criteria:

7-10 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or dealer management.
