Job Description
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve data clarity, operational excellence and a high level of customer service to our business partners
- Have a passion and joy for learning more and collaborating with others
- Resilience and persistence toward problem solving
- Participate in all aspects of Annual Sales Planning and work closely with SMEs on ad-hoc requests & projects
- Familiarity with Key Business Terms, Metrics, Reports, Sales Planning Processes
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to software & web UIs (D&B, SFDC, Anaplan, MDM/Data Platforms)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Assist IOPs teams and stakeholders needs related to processing through internal systems and processes (SFDC)
- Participate in process and system improvement if required
- Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the whole sales organization.
- Use professional concepts; apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Maintain the accuracy of customer account information in SFDC and Anaplan
- Documentation - assist with documentation and training where applicable
- Data Cleanup - identify data discrepancies and manage review and corrections
- Process Improvement - analyze root causes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage Routine Reviews & Updates - monitor and/or manage regular processes to ensure data is reviewed and updated as appropriate
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Sales Operations, Business Strategy and/or Data Analysis
- Bachelors degree in business or finance
- Proficiency in SFDC & Anaplan is a plus
- Familiarity with Reltio is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with others
- Must have a can do attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
