SAP BODS Consultant (6-14 yrs)

We are looking for a SAP BODS DM Consultant with a global leader in consulting, technology, and digital services.

Job Description :

- Must have 6-14 years' experience of SAP Data Migration.

- Must know LT Migration Cockpit and BODS driven data migration.

- Should have proficiency in data analysis data quality and conversion planning for data migration activities.

- Ability to understand SAP functionality by working with various functional teams.

- Technically strong to apply the complex transformation rules Knowledge of LSMW IDOC LTMC Cockpit RFC.

- Function Module to load data Hands-on experience of loading data through LTMC and changing standard migration packages through LTMOM.

- Created complex Jobs and Work Flows.

- Data Flow ABAP Data Flow and Scripts using various Transforms such as query table comparison Merge Case Map operation etc.

- Should have experience in dealing with a high volume of data and designing the data flow to optimize the performance.

- Extensively used Data Services Management Console to schedule and execute jobs manage repositories and perform metadata reporting.

- Good in communication and experience in gathering business requirements and able to consult business users, and functional

team, on the design and business impact.

- Understanding of source system functionality and capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions

Job Description for BODS :

- Must have 6-14 years of experience in SAP Business Objects Data Services v4 x or any latest version of ETL Tools

- Experience in BODS design and architecture

- Should have worked on preparation of Technical Specification documents.

- Strong hands on experience in Business Objects Data Services BODS as technical developer

- Thorough knowledge of developing real time Interfaces like IDOC BAPI SAP applications with BODS

- Sound Knowledge of SQL

- Experience in Data Migration Project

- Good analytical skills to analyse the ETL issues and fix them independently.

- Must have experience of Installation and configuring BODS.

- Experience on Various transformations of BODS

- Should have experience in Data Migration project with an end to end implementation

- Should have good understanding of the BODS landscape and architecture

- Should be able to provide the estimation on BODS work effort

- Should have knowledge on working with SAP system as source and target

- Should be able to connect to customers and gather requirements and work independently on those requirements

- Should have basic knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts on schema formation

- Should have sound knowledge of BODS scheduling and Management Console
