Designation- Area sales manager

Location- Goregaon, Thane

CTC- 4.5 LPA

Industry- Home appliances

Role & responsibilities:

1. Visit multiple dealers and distributors to establish and nurture business relationships.
2. Promote and sell Pure Bot robot vacuum cleaners to various dealers and distributors.
3. Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to target them.
4. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential partners.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
8. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote Pure Bot products and network with potential customers and partners.
9. Set up and manage physical marketing campaigns at various locations to increase product visibility and drive sales.
10. Visit customers' homes or offices to provide personalized product demonstrations and answer queries.
11. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer and market insights.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly

Desired Candidate skills:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances sector.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing dealer and distributor relationships.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with dealers, distributors, and customers.
6. Experience in organizing and participating in exhibitions and physical marketing campaigns.
7. Familiarity with the robotic vacuum cleaner market is a plus.
