Education- Any Graduation

Experience- Minimum 6 year's experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with legal and company policies.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
• Preparing quotations and purchase orders and bills
• MIS maintains and daily updating.
• Should be expert in daily purchasing activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value for the organization.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues regarding delivery, quality, or pricing.
