Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Procurement Services: Involved in activities like RFP/RFQ, offer receipt, Evaluation of Vendor Packages, Techno-commercial evaluation, Benchmarking, Negotiation, Finalization of order, contracting strategy,release purchase order/work order etc.
• Leverage the spend and deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative supply strategies.
• Empanel in best in class suppliers in services procurement area and help them to grow their business with Wipro.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure Wipros interest are protected in the market place.
• Develop & analyze various options and present alternative solutions to sourcing needs.
• Able to do internal process mapping and develop improvement plans.
• Responsible for supplier relationship & performance management, Partner with the business leadership & clients to enable short and long term strategies.
• Ensure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy.
• Ability to learn new technologies and able to do change
• management effectively.
• Conduct RFPs to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained for the company.
• Stakeholder expectation management.
• Cross functional collaboration with finance and other functions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, minimum at experienced level.

Experience required:

• Experience in Purchasing & Contracting of IT Hardware and Software Products & Services, Telecom, Manpower, International Facilities management etc.
• Drive global/regional supply strategies for Europe Geography
• Global Sourcing experience
• Knowledge of Source to pay process
• Knowledge of ERP, INCO Terms, taxes etc
• Develop and implement global procurement strategy to achieve cost savings, improve quality and ensure timelu deliveries.
• Supplier Management -Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers aligning to organizational objectives.
