Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in Chandivali, Sakinaka. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities. This role requires the ability to handle large datasets, generate insightful reports, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of purchasing data.

• Is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best possible prices.
• Experience in the Purchase call offers, make comparison, negotiate, place Purchase Orders, follow up delivery and payment processing.
• This role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate records to support inventory and operational needs.
• Good liaison with the dealers, CHA Agents, other third party agencies
• Should have technical knowledge on purchase of electrical materials like firefighting, plumbing, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System.
• Hands on experience on sourcing vendors who would provide niche products within the timeline.
• Well versed with negotiation and vendor coordination for the quotation purposes and more.
• Highly proficient in the ERP based working environment
• Focus on buying goods, materials, and services on your behalf for the daily running of your establishment.
• They are in charge of researching vendors, examining prospective suppliers, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
• Need to prepare reports, track orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and reviewing the quality of purchased products.
• In addition to advanced Excel skills, the successful candidate will have experience in supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Should be capable of performing market analysis, monitoring inventory levels, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial.
