Job Title: Office Assistant


Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role involves multitasking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Clerical Duties:
    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Assist with data entry and record keeping.
    • Post the documents of office.
  3. Customer Interaction:
    • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
    • Address inquiries and provide general information to clients and team members.
  4. Operational Support:
    • Support various departments with their administrative tasks.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  5. Other Duties:
    • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or equivalent (additional certifications in office administration are a plus).
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented mindset.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires working in an office setting and also traveling for office related admin work, Occasional lifting of light office supplies may be necessary.
