Role & responsibilities

Handling Inbound, Outbound calls related to the Companys projects

• Follow up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit.
• Support in assigning the leads to Sales team.
• Following up the leads on daily basis.
• Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Any calling experience with an excellent English communication is required,

with a minimum of 6 months or above years of calling experience
