Job Description: Telesales/Presales Executive (US Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills in American English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, articulating our immigration services, and scheduling paid appointments as part of our pre-sales process. This role requires working night shifts to cater to our US-based clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, presenting immigration services and securing appointments.

- Utilize a clear, neutral, and professional American English accent for all client communications.

- Persuade and build rapport with prospective clients, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by scheduling paid consultations for our immigration services.

- Effectively communicate the value of our services, addressing client concerns, and providing relevant information.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.

Key Requirements:

- Fluent in English (US Accent Required): Must have clear, neutral, and professional American English communication skills.

- Sales Background: Proven experience in sales, particularly in pre-sales or telesales roles (minimum 6 months as a Business Development Associate, Business Development Executive, or a similar position).

- Tele-sales/Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a telesales or sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively articulate immigration services.

- Personality: Outgoing, persuasive, and confident in engaging with potential clients, with the ability to handle objections and close sales.

- Night Shift Experience: Previous experience working night shifts is essential, as this role caters to US-based clients.
