ERP/SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and provide expert support in implementing and maintaining SAP FICO modules. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as extensive hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, perform system configuration, conduct testing, and provide user training and support.

Responsibilities:

• 6 years Experience with 2 full cycle implementation and 2 rollouts and 2 support knowledge is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO modules for SAP- S/4 HANA
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement solutions in SAP FICO to enhance business processes.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support business users during UAT.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO configuration, processes and user guides.
• Conduct end-user training and workshops to ensure effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Stay updated with SAP releases, new features, and industry trends related to SAP FICO.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role, with at least [X] years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, TR, BPC etc.) and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct user training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• SAP certification in SAP FICO is preferred.
• Experience with RISE with S/4HANA Finance (preferred but not required).
