Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth for luxury watches & jewellery brands.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee event operations, including planning, execution, and evaluation of events to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing plans that align with company goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce to optimize future marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy Development & Execution

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, focusing on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and consistent walk-ins to retail locations.
    • Conduct market research on trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize strategies for our target luxury clientele.

Digital Marketing & SEO

    • Manage and optimize website SEO to enhance online visibility.
    • Oversee social media platforms to build brand engagement and reach, creating high-quality, appealing content tailored to luxury consumers.
    • Implement and monitor Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and other digital channels to ensure effective, ROI-driven results.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

    • Act as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies, designers, and other marketing vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and materials.
    • Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables to align with brand standards and timelines.

Event Management & Sponsorships

  • Plan and execute store events, product launches, and sponsorships to drive foot traffic and enhance brand exposure.
    • Collaborate with event organizers and sponsors, ensuring maximum brand visibility and smooth coordination.

ATL and BTL Advertising

    • Lead Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) advertising initiatives, including radio ads, print media, and digital displays, ensuring a consistent brand message across platforms.
    • Monitor local media partnerships and ensure brand presence across various advertising channels.

Customer Experience & Walk-in Management

    • Leverage a deep understanding of customer psychology to create marketing materials and in-store experiences that resonate with the luxury clientele.
    • Implement strategies to ensure steady customer walk-ins and an engaging, high-end customer experience.

Product Shoots & Visual Merchandising

    • Coordinate product photoshoots for digital and in-store displays, ensuring visuals align with luxury brand standards.
    • Oversee in-store displays, merchandising setups, and digital content to create an appealing and cohesive brand presence.

CRM and Customer Engagement

    • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer data and drive targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze customer data to enhance service quality and develop loyalty programs that foster long-term relationships with high-value clients.

Salesforce and Shopify Knowledge

  • Utilize Salesforce for efficient lead management and customer tracking.
  • Maintain the Shopify e-commerce platform, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience online.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.
  • Display Screen & Digital Holdings Management: Oversee in-store digital displays and other advertising screens to engage customers and communicate brand messages effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Retail Marketing Experience: 5+ years in marketing ideally in the retail/luxury retail industry,
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear internal communication and customer engagement.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office & Google Sheets: Proficiency to analyze data, create reports, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw for graphic design purposes
  • SEO and Digital Marketing Tools: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and CRM platforms.
  • Salesforce, Shopify, and CRM Systems: Knowledge of these platforms for customer engagement and e-commerce.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: An understanding of customer psychology with strategies for increasing foot traffic and engagement.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team, setting goals, and fostering professional development.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A strong ability to create innovative marketing concepts that resonate with a luxury audience.
