Job Description
1. Project Execution support
Supervising and monitoring work done by contractors is as per quality parameters and schedule and notify site engineer immediately in case of any anomalies.
Understand any difficulties faced by contractors in allotted work and get it solved by Site Engineer/Project Engineer.
Maintain proper housekeeping at site to ensure that all waste has been removed and extra material is correctly stacked.
Plan for next day s work.
Understand resources requirement like water supply, temporary electrical supply, DG Set and get them resolved on time.
2. Managing contractors workforce at site
Mobilize workforce on site as per work requirement.
Keep track of number of workers deployed as per contract and actual workers working on site.
Understand contractor s concerns and get them resolved by Site Engineer/Project Engineer.
Maintain discipline in workers on site.
3. Track and evaluate contractors
Provide feedback on contractor s performance to Project - Engineer/GM-Projects.
4. Quality of product is as per defined norms
Ensure all processes are carried out as per IS Codes/ standards and as per quality standards defined in SOP.
5. Adherence to Internal Processes
Adherence to construction execution, contract and planning process as defined in relevant SOP.
6. Adhere on site safety and security measures
Ensure PPE (Personal protective equipments) are being appropriately used by all workers on site such as helmets, safety belts, safety shoes
Ensure working platforms are sturdy enough, safety railings are fitted, all openings / ducts are closed appropriately, and electrical connections for equipments to be done as per requirement
Ensure first medical facilities and first aid trained volunteers are available on site.
7. Facilities for Laborers at site
Ensure establishment of facilities for laborer s children such as mobile cr che, medical, hygiene, health and education is available on site.
8. Reporting Method
Daily Reporting to GM-Project/ Project Engineer/ Manager o DPR-Daily Progress
o Daily Manpower Deployment
o Daily SOP Adherence
o Daily Schedule Adherence
Skills Required
Strong communication skills, Co-ordination skills
Education/Qualification - 10th Pass /Diploma - Civil Engineering
Knowledge - Labor management, Knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage
Experience: 5-8 years work experience (Stability in profile is must) Real Estate Industry Experience must (Mivan + Conventional- Residential Buildings)
