Min 4-6 years of experience as Handling all Operations
Over All Exp 12-20 Years (in Operations, Production, Planning)
TPM / KAIZEN
Main activities and technical skills required for the job:
Capacity Planning & Production Planning & business plan
achievement.
Product , Process assurance.
ISO 9001 , IATF 16949, core tool & EOHS awareness
Product safety related requirements and compliance
Usage of GD&T
Product , Process verification and Validation.
Customer Specific Requirements Implementation.
Internal / External customer complaint resolution.
Product , process & System audits (Internal & External) .

Managing Director
Delegated tasks/ Accountability:
To Create Operational System & review Operational Processes.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-
effective way • Improve operational management systems
To ensure achievement of business plan by effective co-
ordination , control and ownership of Planning, Procurement,
Production and Quality functions.
Ensure availability of resources.
To ensure availability, adequacy & acceptability of business
practices as required by business plan.
TO direct & monitor cost reduction in supply chain & improvement
projects.
Authorities
To stop the plant operation in case of emergency
Hiring all management positions, completing performance
evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals for
each department Executive (includes administrative, sales, parts,
collision and service departments).
Responsibilities
Over all manpower control system.
To approve local resource requirements for various processes and
operations.
To take necessary actions for continual improvement of quality
management system such as appointment, transfer of personnel,
assignment of new jobs to existing employees etc.
To approve new suppliers in agreement with head office.
To approve scrap note , PO etc.
Stop production & shipment in case of non-conformance , safety
risk is found during production process.
Authorized to take decision related to customer requirement meet
in absence of MD
Monitor the performance of company with the directives of MD by
means of various management review meetings by MD and initiate
objective actions.
He is authorized to assess new sub-contractors / suppliers /
vendors.
He is the final decision-maker on disposal of non-conformity.
He is authorize to change responsibility & authority among the
organization employee
Review the contingency plan and correction based on identified ,
potential emergencies
To ensure following EOHS norms / requirements at Plant Level
activities.
To motivate / encourage team for improvement in EOHS
performance
