Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, with a strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies. You will play a crube crucialcial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top tech talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking to source IT professionals.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct resume screening, technical discussions, and HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, technical teams, and leadership to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Offer & Negotiation: Extend job offers, manage salary negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the IT domain.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of candidates in ATS and provide regular hiring reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, cloud technologies, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday (preferred).
• BachBachelor'selors degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
