Hello,
Hiring Assistant Manager/Manager-HR (Recruitment (Non-IT) 60% and Operation 40%)
Company: Pudumjee paper product (Paper manufacturing industry)
Location: Mumbai (Cst- Kala Ghoda)
Exp- 3 to 4 years
Immediate joiner are preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
2. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key position
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
4. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and recommend strategies to meet hiring targets
5. Vendor management and effectiveness in recruitment
6. Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth Pre & Post-joining formalities.
7. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and other inputs
8. Maintain and update employee records databases & other MIS reports like Leave tracking, attrition reports etc
9. Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization
10. Manage employee engagement initiatives and events from Budgeting to execution.
11. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
12. Manage documentation related to audits, contracts, and agreements.
13. Manage employee grievance
14. Adhere to the HR SOP, especially in the areas of Background Verification, Recruitment, and Selection, Event management etc
15. General Administration - Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a smooth operational workflow
