Campaign Manager - Deal Desk (On Contract)

Direct Contractor for the PMP Deal Desk Team is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of PG/PMP/Auction Package deals. The role involves streamlining reporting processes, managing high-volume deal cases during shifts, and contributing to the development of automation tools on Looker and Braavos. The Direct Contractor also collaborates with senior team members to support data retrieval and deal creation, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment in our team. Monitoring and Troubleshooting of deals as well as communication with various stakeholders in also an integral part of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Manage PMP deal setup and optimization on the PubMatic system.
• Work with internal teams globally, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering to execute PMP deals within established Service Level Agreements.
• Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients.
• Leverage PubMatics Analytics and use in-house tools to monitor performance and troubleshoot under-performing PMP deals.
• Work with technical escalations and analytics teams to review and unlock new data and insight to drive innovation for publishers and buyers.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures for deal setup, troubleshooting playbooks, and escalation management.
• Ensure multiple support systems are updated accurately (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, etc.).
• Applicants with hands-on experience of web debugging tools, HAR files and SQL would be preferred.
• Shift Time: APAC: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM/ EMEA: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience.
• B.Tech./B.E./MCA/MSc degree
• Communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS office
