Operations Engineer - Technical Escalations (On Contract)

Technical Skills Required:

• Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellentproblem-solving abilitiesare crucial for this role.
• Programming Knowledge: Proficiency inone or more programming languagessuch as Python, C, C++, and PHP, with a preference for familiarity with Core Java and JavaScript, as well as Node.js would be preferred
• Database and Scripting: Proficiency in SQL isessential and the basics of Unix Shell Scripting would be advantageous
• Big Data: Knowledge of Big Data concepts is preferred

Experience:

This role is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for freshers.

Qualifications:

• Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree.
• Shifting timings - Rotational Shift (IST) APAC: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM, EMEA: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM, US: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
