Director, People Shared Services - Global Lead Tech Transformations

Publicis Sapient is looking looking for an experienced Director of HRIS Consultant to lead our HRIS strategy and operations. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our HRIS platform, ensuring that it aligns with our organizational goals and enhances HR processes. You will lead a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization. Implementation experience of AI projects is a MUST.

Your Impact:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources. Good to have Information Technology certification; Master s degree preferred.
• 15+ years (for Director) of experience in HRIS management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
• Must have knowledge of HRIS software - SAP SuccessFactors (Workday, Oracle nice to have) and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
