Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant qualification and relevant experience in corporate finance. The role involves managing financial operations, preparing financial reports, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing budgets and forecasts, and conducting financial risk analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with the finance manager in setting fiscal goals and objectives.
• Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets and consolidate financial data.
• Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios.
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions.
• Assist in auditing financial information and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment post-qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
• Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, transfer pricing, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS, and matters related to finance and accounts.
• Ability to handle and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in ERP and other financial software.
• Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities.
