Job Description:

- Internal co-ordination with respect to various information required by bankers / rating agencies etc.

- Preparations of banking proposal for various sanction / post sanction requirements for onward submission to lenders.

- Co-ordination with various lenders for submission of various required information on time.

- Preparations of projections / CMA / ratio analysis etc. for various purposes.

- Proactively approaching for renewal / revival / extension of various banking lines to the company.

- Exploring new and innovative ways of funding so as to reduce cost with extended tenure.

- Preparation of various MIS as required by the management.

- Ensuring optimum utilization of fund with reference to ALM policy of the company and regulator.

- Facilitating for various audits of the organization.
