CityMall - Manager - Treasury (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee and manage our organization's & financial activities, including cash flow, liquidity, investments, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treasury operations, financial planning, and banking relationships to ensure efficient financial management and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations.

- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to enhance financial efficiency.

- Oversee daily cash management activities, including fund transfers, forecasting, and reconciliations.

- Monitor and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate exposure.

- Maintain and manage banking relationships to negotiate optimal terms and services.

- Supervise debt management, including borrowings, credit facilities, and interest rate strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal audit standards.

- Analyze financial markets and recommend investment opportunities aligned with corporate goals.

- Lead treasury system implementations and improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or banking.

- Strong understanding of cash management, investment strategies, and risk mitigation techniques.

- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to treasury functions.
