Medical Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-driven Night Time Medical Support Operational Staff member with prior experience in dealing with U.S. clients. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of medical terminology, excellent computer skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Radiologists and U.S. Clients: Ensure timely reading of all exams sent, maintaining clear and consistent communication with radiologists and U.S. clients.
• Client Communication: Effectively interact with U.S. healthcare personnel through phone calls, emails, and SMS, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Software Proficiency: Learn and utilize our internal software system to track and assign radiology studies.
• Quality Assurance: Proofread exams once read by radiologists to ensure accuracy, check for errors using a defined checklist, and send back to radiologists for corrections if needed.
• Stress Management: Handle stressful situations and client concerns professionally, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Problem Solving: Do whatever it takes to ensure all responsibilities are handled efficiently and on schedule.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Prior experience in the medical field, specifically in telemedicine or healthcare support.
• Skills:
• Excellent computer skills and technical proficiency
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for interacting with U.S. clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Hours and Details:

• This is a work-from-home position
• Working hours: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST
• Days of work: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
