Our Requirement :

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Diffusion Models.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business needs.

- Implement and optimize Generative AI models using frameworks such as GPT, BERT, T5, and others.

- Work on the integration of AI models into applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Fine-tune models for specific industries or use cases, focusing on improving accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with, software engineers, and domain experts to align AI models with business requirements.

- Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI systems in production environments.

- Ensure that the AI models adhere to ethical standards and are free from bias.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

- Expertise in training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5) and knowledge of their architecture.

- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and Deep Learning frameworks.

- Strong understanding of transformer models and their applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure for model deployment.

- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize models for performance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of ML Ops is a plus.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
