Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced computer vision solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in object detection, tracking, and recognition, with hands-on experience in machine learning, data engineering, and production deployment. This role requires both individual contribution (IC) and team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking, and recognition.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models for computer vision applications.

- Work with large datasets of images and videos to enhance model accuracy.

- Deploy end-to-end computer vision solutions into production environments.

- Write clean, scalable, and high-performance Python code for computer vision applications.

- Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins for efficient model deployment and automation.

- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to build, test, and improve vision-based systems.

- Stay updated on the latest computer vision and AI advancements to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-14 years of experience in computer vision.

- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with relevant libraries and tools.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale CV solutions.

- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins for deployment.

- Knowledge of data engineering and ability to handle large datasets.

- Experience in taking computer vision models from research to production.

- Experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV.

- Familiarity with MLOps and cloud deployment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
