Principal Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Deep Learning/Machine Learning (8-12 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Principal AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with strong programming and cloud experience. Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in cloud-based environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to align AI strategies with business objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning frameworks.

- Build and maintain high-performance AI pipelines using industry-standard tools and techniques.

- Ensure model explainability, reliability, and fairness while working with real-world datasets.

- Work with big data technologies and cloud platforms to scale AI solutions efficiently.

- Drive innovation through experimentation and research, identifying opportunities to enhance AI applications.

- Document technical methodologies, research findings, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 8+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, with a proven track record of developing scalable solutions.

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML libraries and frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for AI/ML development.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on AI/ML deployment.

- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.

- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including text, image, and video processing.

- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, computer vision, NLP, and recommendation systems.

- Expertise in model optimization techniques, distributed computing, and parallel processing.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

- Prior experience in the marketing technology domain or image/video models is a plus.
