Position Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead with 7-8 years of experience in sourcing and closing deals within the real estate sector.
- This role will involve leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring successful deal closures while fostering strong relationships with clients and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team focused on sourcing and closing real estate deals, setting clear performance targets and expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify potential leads and convert them into successful transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the Thane area.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations to ensure targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders to facilitate successful negotiations and closings.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting team performance and market trends.
- Address any client concerns or challenges promptly to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on sourcing and closing deals in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
