Safety Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with site management to develop and implement effective safety plans, protocols, and training programs.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., OSHA) by conducting audits and providing recommendations for improvement.
  
• Provide guidance on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and encourage employees to adhere to safety protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in construction safety or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of HSE principles, including risk assessment, incident investigation, and reporting.
  
• Ability to activate emergency response plans when necessary.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
