Safety Supervisor

Role & responsibilities:

1. Candidate from Residential Construction field preferred.

2. Must be maintain company EHS SOP for betterment of site safety.

3. Proper usage of PPEs and other safety parameters need to be monitored regular basis.

4. Daily basis site observations need to be created and ensure closure of the same in co- ordination of site execution team.

5. Monthly basis cross audit, reporting and closure need to done on highest priority.

6. Near miss register need to be maintained at site and proper documentation need to be presented on requirement.

7. Regular basis job specific PEP talks need to be done and recorded at site.

8. Induction training must be given to new comer workers on site and records must be kept.

9. Environment betterment need to be taken care of.

10. Preparation of data base for creation of MIS or Safety statistic.

11. Proper monitoring of hygiene need to be maintained at workers colony, site and site office.

12. Monthly basis EHS meeting need to arrange at site.

13. Penalization for safety violation need to be addressed in each RA Bill.

14. Fire mock up drill, regular scrutiny of fire extinguishers and identifications of the same need to be done.

15. FIRST AID BOX should be monitored at site and required FIRST AID need to be provided in case of small incident.

16. NATIONAL SAFETY DAY CELEBRATION need to celebrate with full satisfaction of the organization.

17. Evaluation of best EHS based contractor.

18. Quality of drinking water checking periodical basis.

19. Promote the banner SAFETY COMES FIRST on enterprise level.

20. Creation of monthly EHS activity calendar.

21. Monitor and control chemical handle and storage.
