Sr. Business Analyst

Documentation Management:

• Organize and cleanup project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate and meet Tegria / PGC standards.
• Standardize client-facing materials and internal reports.
• Maintain a well-organized repository of project documentation.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Clean, organize, and evaluate data sets to provide insights for client deliverables.
• Perform basic data analysis using Excel and other data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to identify trends and actionable insights .
• Assist in the preparation of data visualizations and reports for both internal and client presentations .

PowerPoint Creation:

• Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, translating data and key insights into impactful slides for both internal use and client-facing deliverables.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all materials.

Research and Market Analysis:

• Conduct secondary research on industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Summarize key findings and support consultants with detailed research and analysis that informs client strategies .

Project Coordination and Administrative Support:

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring all team members meet deadlines.
• Prepare meeting materials, project status reports, and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to project management .

Business Process Support:

• Document process flows and contribute to change management activities .

Quality Assurance:

• Review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency, following firm and client standards.
• Conduct peer reviews of documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines .

Skills Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus .

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Experience:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within consulting or a related field .
• Familiarity with business process documentation and project management is a plus .
