Job Title: Technical Program Manager -CRCA India

Providence has recently launched its Global Innovation Center in Hyderabad, India as Global Technology Engineering Capability Centre looking to leverage the India talent to help meet our global vision and scale our Information Services and products to the world of Cloud. About the Role:

As a Technical program manager from CRCA India CRM Team, you will have the opportunity to significantly change our caregiver (doctors, nurses, etc.) experiences. The candidate will partner with stakeholders across the business and product teams. The individual will be responsible for delivery through project initiation, execution, and deployment in a scrum-agile work practice. Technical program managers would own all up functionality of the products and services as well as create a prioritize backlog of features for engineers.

Effective executive stakeholder engagement, building product roadmaps, influencing the balance of scope-budget-timelines, strategic planning, and demonstrating agile expertise with functional-technical-operational processes are some of the other key capabilities for this role. An ideal candidate will have strong intellectual curiosity along with an optimistic outlook towards challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Should be a thought leader and drive the technology innovation agenda through collaboration with product development and other stake holders
  • Act as a proxy between business teams and technology teams to enable development team and contribute to the development of product roadmap
  • Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team
  • Draft key objectives and results, metric, business value and apply the data for the product to influence business decisions
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize Epics, Features, Stories and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Work with the product manager to create Features and User Stories that represent vertical slices of value
  • Manage backlog content consistent with priorities agreed to with product manager, key stakeholders and customers and minimize frequent priority order changes.
  • Track and Monitor Sprints, Provide Visibility with Sprint Level Metrics and Release Level Metrics.
  • Understand the importance of UX, and if you are not a designer you can still prioritize and drive toward highly usable, well-designed solutions with clear UX standards
  • Solving ambiguous, undefined problems that reach beyond product/service boundaries
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
  • Think strategically, and creatively, about how initiatives should work to solve large applications - translating a vision to processes and requirements
  • Identifying product/service-line dependency issues and scheduling priorities, and establishes milestone exit criteria.
  • Constructive Conflict Resolution
  • Engage and solicit customer and stakeholder feedback to validate priorities and compromises
  • The position is based in Hyderabad and requires collaboration with global teams in different time zones.

Who we re looking for:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred in engineering discipline or an MBA with relevant industry experience
  • The ideal candidate should have 7 - 11 years of experience, with 5+ years of program and product ownership experience
  • Deep experience working with product, architecture, and technology implementation. The experience in healthcare and life science domain is desired.
  • Ability to structure open-ended problems analyze data to discover user insights
  • Capability to translate user data research into developing innovative features solutions
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects, with fast-paced iterative product development cycles
  • Familiar and comfortable with agile/scrum development methodologies
  • Should be aligned to allocate 75% of effort to Product backlog priorities and 25% to process areas.
  • Impressive presentation skills and experience communicating with business as well as technical audiences. Able to write clear and concise documentation, excellent written and spoken communication skills

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Mandatory Experience in healthcare domain
  • Background with Agile, Scrum , lean principles and other software development methodologies
  • Good to have Agile certifications like Certified SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile)
  • 5+ years of program management, product ownership and should be able to communicate with the business and a technical team serving as a liaison connect with a focus on CRM - MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure.
  • 5+ years of experience breaking down business requirements into features and solutions in an agile environment
  • Comfortable using tools such as Azure DevOPs, JIRA and identify meaningful insights
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven and complex solutions with a customer-first mindset
  • Established background in launching software or services with high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
