Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat support.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts (rotating).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  
• 0-3 years of experience in BPO industry (customer service operations).
