Business Analyst

Protiviti Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Pune & Bangalore! We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of experience who can join immediately or within 30 days. This is a Work From Office (WFO) opportunity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Skills:
✅ Domain Expertise Financial Services experience with knowledge of one or more:

• Party/Client, Trade, Settlements, Payments, Instrument & Pricing
• Market & Credit Risk, Market Data Vendors

✅ Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL & SQL programming (Data Business Analyst)
• Experience in ETL Process, GCP, Hadoop (must-have)
• Exposure to Python (Jupyter Notebook, Spyder, Pandas, Numpy, PySpark, Scala) (preferred)

✅ Project & Stakeholder Management –

• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Agile & DevOps methodologies
• Familiarity with technical product development & data analytics
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders in business & technology
