Oracle flexcube consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube, with expertise in core banking modules and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, integration, and enhancement of Oracle Flexcube for leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Flexcube solutions, including modules such as Core Banking, CASA (Current and Savings Accounts), Credit/Loans, Payments, Treasury, and more.
• System Integration & Architecture: Manage system integrations and interfaces with third-party applications and other banking systems. Ensure seamless architecture and data flow within the Oracle Flexcube ecosystem.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support for production systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure minimal system downtime.
• Upgrades & Enhancements: Lead and manage Oracle Flexcube upgrades and enhancements. Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather functional requirements, and deliver tailor-made solutions. Provide excellent client-facing experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oracle Banking Platform 14+: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Banking Platform (version 14+), ensuring youre equipped with the latest tools, techniques, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Oracle Flexcube Expertise: Strong technical expertise in Oracle Flexcube, including proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, and SQL. Understanding of various core banking modules like CASA, Credit/Loans, Payments, and Treasury.
• Core Banking Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking domain processes, particularly in core banking, payments, loans, and treasury functions.
• Integration & Architecture Experience: Proven experience with integrating Oracle Flexcube with third-party applications and working on complex system architectures.
• Client-Facing Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience interacting with clients, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
