Role- BFSI Recruiter

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles in BFSI and Internal Audit.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build a pipeline of qualified professionals with specific experience in BFSI operations, risk management, compliance, and internal audit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and desired qualifications.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit for the organization.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage social media, referral networks, and niche platforms to attract specialized talent.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Experience required: 3-8 years

Job Location- Mumbai (Bandra)
