Position: Legal Executive

Location: Warangal & Vijayawada

Responsibilities:

• Legal Calling
• Customer place visits along with Legal tools and should share visit report
• Warrant Execution Sec. 138 N.I. Act, Sec.25 PAS Act, Sec 420 IPC etc.,
• Dispatching Warrants to concern SP/COP/JC/DC/PS
• Tracking above warrants and set plan of action and timeline for execution of the said warrants and show resolution
• Filing Police Complaint and crack the accounts
• Defending the Company from Against Cases (CAC) ie OS, Consumer Cases, OP, IP, OA, Calendar Case (CC), Criminal Case etc.,
• Reply Notice to be send on time.
• Drafting Petitions and Applications etc.,
• Vetting drafts
• Coordinating with Advocates and visiting their office
• Visiting customer place
• Appearance before Court
• MIS Maintenance

CTC: Max 3.50 Lakhs PA + Bonus + Insurance Benefits
