Production Trainee

1. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

2. Collaborate with production planning, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows. Develop production schedules and coordinate with various teams to meet production targets.

3. Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

54. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles or other improvement methodologies.

5. Address and resolve production issues as they arise.

6. Provide training to operators on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control records.

8. Utilize data analysis tools.

9. Manpower Handling, good knowledge about problem solving tools like PDCA and 7QC tools.

10. Responsible for Day Night production.
