Role Branch Service Incharge

• BSI will monitor complete service cycle from MIS software/Excel sheet on daily basis
• BSI will manage Spare inventory, Local purchase of components and TRC Operations
• Client visit (OEM/Channel/Project) with sales team as and when required
• BSI will visit major installations of Higher KVA UPS
• Courtesy visit to major banking and dealer clients, Big installation sites periodically
• Online support to FSE when ever required
• Periodic training and knowledge development for all FSE
• Warranty adjudication, chargeable calls and rentals
• AMC sales, follow up for AMC renewals and revenue generation in terms of Spare sales and chargeable service
• BSI shall verify FSE tour bills, and expense statement, approve and submit to AE for reimbursement
• Weekly/ Monthly report to be submitted to Head Office
• Monthly review/Audit of spare transactions, stocks and scrap along with Account
• Executive/Logistic Executive

Experience 2 to 5 years

Qualification ITI/Diploma - Electrical, BE-BTech in electronics
