Job Description
1.Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
2.Greet and welcome guests and clients.
3.Answer questions and address complaints
4.Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
5.Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
6.Monitor office supplies.
7.Keep updated records and files.
8.Maintain office expenses and costs.
9.Take up other duties as assigned (schedules etc.)
10.Assign country-wise walk-ins to respective counselors.
(Female candidates are preferable)
