Digital Marketing Associate/Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.).
• Build and maintain a targeted ABM lead list to create a look-a-like audience for outbound campaigns
• Manage media budgets and track transactions meticulously, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Design, build, and optimize paid campaigns, continuously improving performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, and develop creative strategies to capitalize on them.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal team and vendor partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Instantly, etc., is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and ongoing optimization of all marketing channels.
• Experience with media budgeting and transaction tracking.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
