• Add visuals like animations and graphics to make the content more engaging.
• Keep our content consistent across different platforms.
• Use user feedback to improve and update help content.

Preferred candidate profile

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Bing AI.
• Education: Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or something similar.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience writing helpful content, ideally for SaaS companies.
• SEO Skills: Understanding of SEO and how to apply it.
• Research Skills: Ability to dig into details and do thorough research.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Resilience: Can handle pressure and still deliver great work.
