Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Proponent Technologies in Dehradun. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong HR management and policy implementation skills
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Prepare and organize orientation materials
• Assist in conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters and employment contracts
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
